Drake Integrations performed Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning services to meet LEED v2009 Interior Design and Construction (ID+C) requirements. Systems commissioned included Ductless Split-System Heat Pump Fan Coil Units and Outdoor Heat Pump, Exhaust Fans, Supply Fans and Lighting Controls including occupancy sensors, dimmers, and outdoor lighting control system with photocell. Drake Integrations was proud to serve as the CxA on this project which became the first ever LEED certified legal medical marijuana dispensary building on record by the USGBC obtaining LEED Silver certification in September 2016.
