Building 1748B1 is a single-story structure with concrete masonry unit (CMU) walls and cast-in place columns, beams and roof structure. The chiller plant is located in a mechanical room located at the northeast corner of the building. The cooling towers are located in an exterior mechanical yard directly adjacent to the building, surrounded with chain link fence. The cooling tower yard does not require expansion to accommodate the expansion of the cooling tower equipment. The buildings will be restored to their existing conditions.
