Ayres Hotel Chula Vista

Drake Integrations served as the CALGreen Commissioning Authority for the new Ayres Hotel Chula Vista property in the Millenia development in San Diego’s South County. The hotel has 135 guestrooms on 4 stories in 95,865 gross sq ft, with banquet/conference rooms, a fitness center and office space. Commissioning services covered the HVAC, lighting, plumbing and landscape irrigation systems to meet the 2013 California Green Building Code (CALGreen) and 2013 California Energy Code requirements in effect for the project.
