City of San Diego – Skyline Hills Branch Library

Drake Integrations served as the Commissioning Authority for the new Skyline Hills Branch Library located in San Diego, CA. The single story $13 million 15,000 sq ft library is seeking LEED Silver certification and officially opened in October 2016. Commissioning services included the Mechanical System consisting of a Chilled Water System, Heating Hot Water System, Dedicated Outside Air System Air Handling Units, Four Pipe Fan Coil Units, Ductless Split System, Multi-Purpose Room Gas/Electric Air Conditioning Units, Active Chilled Beam System, Split System Heat Pumps, DDC Controls, TAB Verification and Domestic Hot Water System. Electrical Systems commissioned included the Indoor and Exterior Lighting Controls Systems.
